Also renamed most cases of SDL_GAMEPAD_TYPE_UNKNOWN to SDL_GAMEPAD_TYPE_STANDARD, and SDL_GetGamepadType() will return SDL_GAMEPAD_TYPE_UNKNOWN only if the gamepad is invalid.
