Ryan C. Gordon 1f4906e61e examples/misc/03-locale: Fixed thumbnail to have right locale count.

I had forced the example to a hardcoded locale list for screenshot purposes
and forgot to update the count of items at the top of the list.

This example code reports the currently selected locales.
