Anonymous Maarten ea0ab2647a SDL_test: print no procname when SDL_TRACKMEM_SYMBOL_NAMES is false ...

On ci, by default this variable is set to a false value.
By adding [sdl-ci-trackmem] to the commit message,
it will become true.
